4. Voice Data & AI Processing
QualiCall AI uses artificial intelligence to conduct outbound voice calls on behalf of our clients. These calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, AI model improvement, and reporting purposes.
Important: By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all legally required consents from call recipients (including consent to record, where applicable) under all relevant laws, including but not limited to TRAI regulations (India), TCPA (USA), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and any other applicable jurisdiction-specific requirements.
AI-generated call transcripts and qualification summaries are stored on your account and may be reviewed by your team. We may use aggregated, anonymised call data to improve the underlying AI models, but we will not use identifiable personal data of your leads to train models without your explicit consent.
